Your AI features (writing scoring, speaking, mock grading, tutor chat) stop working. Your account, study plan, and historical scores all stay safe. Pick any paid tier on this page to continue — you keep your progress.

Subscriptions aren't refunded once a billing period starts — that's why the 14-day trial exists, so you can test everything before paying. You can cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges. One session = two role-plays back-to-back, mirroring the structure of the real OET Speaking exam (20 minutes total: 2 min warm-up, then 2× of 3 min preparation + 5 min role-play). Voice mode uses OpenAI's full gpt-realtime model on every tier — the same natural patient voice whether you're on Starter or Pro. Daily soft cap of unlimited turns within a session — you can speak as much as you need once a session is open.

Starter 15 messages/day, Standard 30/day, Pro 60/day. Cap resets at midnight UTC. We see most users hitting 5-10 messages on study days so all caps are generous in practice.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or 3-month commitments). Cancel from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Existing subscribers stay on their original price for as long as they remain subscribed. Stripe locks the price at signup. Only new subscribers pay the new price.

The voice mode uses Whisper for transcription, which handles non-native accents and clinical vocabulary well. If you'd rather type, the text mode is just as accurate.

Honest answer: it's a directional predictor calibrated against published OET band descriptors, not the closed scoring system OET uses. Treat the predicted band as 'where this practice attempt would land' rather than a guarantee. Improvement trend over multiple attempts is more meaningful than any single score.

All content is original, written for OET preparation, aligned with NICE / NHS / BNF guidance. Every test page is marked 'Practice material — not for clinical use'. Do not use any of it for real patient decisions.
